These terms govern your use of Paper Bird, the mobile game and related services. By downloading, installing, or playing Paper Bird, you agree to these terms.
License to play
The developer of Paper Bird grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Paper Bird solely for your own entertainment. You may not redistribute, resell, decompile, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the game or its content.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Paper Bird to transmit illegal content, harass others, or interfere with the game's operation. Any abuse may result in termination of your access.
Rewarded ads and third-party services
Paper Bird displays optional rewarded video advertisements through Google AdMob. Watching a rewarded ad through to completion may grant you an extra life within the game. Google may collect data as described in the Privacy Policy. The game also uses Firebase Analytics (Google) to track gameplay events and Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.) to report crashes. These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
Game content and IP
The design, artwork, sounds, and mechanics of Paper Bird are owned by us and protected by copyright. All in-game assets, including planes, stamps, and visual themes, are our property. You may not reproduce, adapt, or commercialize any of this content without permission.
User-entered content
When you enter a rival's name in Paper Bird, that name is stored only on your device and never sent to our servers. You are responsible for the names you enter. We are not responsible for the names you choose to save or display in the game.
Disclaimers
Paper Bird is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices. Use at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Paper Bird, including loss of data or gameplay progress.
Termination
We may terminate your access to Paper Bird at any time for violations of these terms or for any reason. Uninstalling the game deletes all your local data, including scores and settings.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continued use of Paper Bird after an update means you accept the new terms.
